This is the way it used to be back when Pop was just a skinny kid in shorts. You have your record player, amplifier (either with an external phono preamp or one built in) and your speakers. Doin’ it old school, and doing it loud and proud!

This sort of system is great if you already have other components and just want to dive right into playing records. Each component is purpose-built for its job alone and that means they wont interfere with each other.

The classic setup gives you plenty of room for future upgrades. For instance, you can add other sources such as a cd player or streamer. You can add, subtract or replace components with little fuss.
