This promotion applies to selected NAD Masters Series products only, including:

Gift Card Offer

Eligible customers will receive a complimentary fine dining gift voucher based on the qualifying purchase (inclusive of GST) as follows:

• NAD M10 V3 – $300 voucher
• NAD M33 V2 – $500 voucher
• 1 x NAD M23 V2 + 1 x NAD M66 – $1,000 voucher
• 1 x NAD M17 V2iC + 1 x NAD M28 – $1,500 voucher
• 2 x NAD M23 V2 + 1 x NAD M66 – $2,000 voucher

• Limit of one (1) voucher per eligible purchase configuration, unless otherwise specified.

Redemption Process

• Customers must scan the QR code
• Claims must include:
• Valid proof of purchase (tax invoice from an authorised dealer)
• Full name
• Contact number
• Email address
• Claims must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Claim Approval & Fulfilment

• All claims are subject to validation by the Promoter.
• Once approved, vouchers will be issued via email by 30 May 2026 to the email address provided.
• Incomplete, illegible, or invalid claims will not be accepted.

Voucher Provider & Conditions

• Vouchers will be issued via Best Restaurants.
• Use of the voucher is subject to the provider’s own terms and conditions, including:
○ Validity periods
○ Participating venues
○ Booking requirements

• The Promoter is not responsible for the availability, quality, or experience provided by participating venues.

Gift Card Conditions

• Vouchers are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or deleted.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• If a qualifying product is returned, refunded, or cancelled, the customer will no longer be eligible for the voucher.
• If the voucher has already been issued:
○ It must be returned; or
○ The value may be deducted from any refund; or
○ The voucher may be deemed void.

Stock Availability

• This promotion is subject to product availability at participating authorised dealers.
• No backorders, rain checks, or delayed fulfilments will qualify for this promotion.

Limitation of Liability

• The Promoter is not responsible for:
○ Late, lost, or misdirected claims.
○ Technical issues affecting claim submission.
○ Any issues arising from the use of the voucher.

General Conditions

• By participating, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to:
○ Verify all claims and purchases
○ Disqualify any participant who tampers with the process or submits fraudulent claims.
• The Promoter may amend, extend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any decisions made by the Promoter are final and binding.
